The room at Hotel Renuka was wonderful! It had its own windows, allowing plenty of natural light to brighten up the space. The clean double room with a private bathroom was just perfect for a relaxing stay. The fan-cooled accommodation had a cozy seating area and a wardrobe to keep my things organized. The suite was beautifully furnished with a tile/marble floor, AC, and a comfy sofa. It felt like a home away from home.
Honestly, I wished the Non-AC rooms were on a lower floor. But hey, that's just my personal preference!

I stayed at Hotel Renuka for a night and had an amazing experience. The staff, especially Lucky, was like a brother to me. They allowed us to extend our stay after check-out and even helped us book our return tickets and an incredible desert camp safari. The owner, Sunny Ji, and his team were honest, hardworking, and always had a smile on their faces. The location was excellent, close to the desert festival, and the rooftop terrace offered a great view of the fort. I wish I could have stayed longer!
100% Recommend this hotel.

Great location, just 10 minutes from the main attractions and plenty of dining options nearby. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a lovely view from the rooftop terrace. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing helpful advice and arranging a memorable camel safari experience.
The room fittings were outdated and the cleanliness could have been better. There was also some confusion regarding the pricing of the camel safari and the level of isolation promised.

This hotel is conveniently located, only a 10-minute walk to the fort. The rooms are clean and spacious, with the option of an AC room. The staff provides exceptional service, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooftop restaurant offers delicious food with a stunning view. The hotel also offers camel safaris, providing an authentic and incredible experience.
The hot water is heated on demand, so it may be a bit inconvenient if you need a shower at an odd time.

The value for money at Renuka was excellent, with a spacious room and a lovely view from the balcony. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Gandhi chowk and the fort. The staff, especially Lucky, was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
Breakfast choices could be improved with a wider variety of options.

My stay at Renuka was perfect! The staff was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to assist us during our visit. Lucky even picked us up from the bus stop, which was such a relief after a long journey. The rooftop restaurant had delicious food and a stunning view of the citadel. The rooms were simple and clean, exactly what you would expect. And the camel safari they offered was absolutely amazing! It was definitely a highlight of our trip.
Was all great! 😊

I chose Hotel Renuka specifically to visit the enchanting Jaisalmer Fort, and I was not disappointed. The hotel's location allowed me to enjoy a peaceful moment sipping chai tea while admiring the majestic fort just meters away. Additionally, the spread of local Indian and vegetarian cuisines at Renuka Restaurant was delightful, and I appreciated that all meals were included.
Being old, the place is creaking. The first room they booked me in had a leaking toilet.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was pleased with two things: the helpful staff and the excellent desert tour. The staff went out of their way to provide me with all the necessary information without any pressure to book additional services. The tour of the desert was truly a memorable experience. I was taken to a quiet and authentic location with pristine dunes and delicious food. The hotel's pick-up service upon arrival in the city was also much appreciated.
The room fittings were outdated and the cleanliness was not up to par. Basic cleaning should be done between guests to meet the expected standards.
